It is total Product Design. Total Product Design includes the housing and all of the accessory and home site elements presented to the public. Product Design, from landscaping to chimney enclosures, is developed in two design documents – “The RFP to Manufacturers” and the “DesignPac©” (this page). Product Design generally precedes Land Planning to define the best density and land plan possible. Product Design is always driven by one simple factor – The Market.
