SUMMARY
Since 1981, Mr. Walker has specialized in the design and development of factory-built and manufactured housing subdivisions and communities. He is nationally regarded as a leading expert in the integration of land design and manufactured housing architecture and technology. His expertise goes beyond land development and includes an extensive knowledge of the housing itself. Mr. Walker founded three companies associated with the manufactured housing industry. All three companies exist today and supply support services to Mr. Walker on an as-needed basis. Mr. Walker is known by and/or associated with the nation’s largest community developers, operators, manufacturers, and industry trade associations.

Areas of management responsibility include land planning, cost analysis, zoning, civil engineering, housing design, architecture, landscape design, and raw land acquisitions. Creator of the "Communities of the Future" program – a comprehensive guide to integrating product design with neo-traditional development themes.

1997 – 1998 President, Rosz Development Design
Land development consulting specializing in manufactured housing communities. Services provided to specific Clients include master civil engineering, land planning, zoning, public presentations, cost analysis, manufacturer(s) selection, community amenities, fill-rate programs, management recommendations, and the management of other professional services.

1993 – 1997 President, WesTerra Homes Corporation
Developer and retailer of UBC modular homes. Design and coordination of all sales, architectural services, land engineering, cost analysis, factory ordering, transportation, crane and set services, and on site construction for each "turn-key" construction project. WesTerra projects included commercial structures and site development, multi-family development and structures, subdivision single family detached housing, and custom single family detached housing.

QCI is a full service planning and civil engineering company. QCI is staffed by professional engineers, licensed geologists, CAD technicians, and support personnel.
